Friday, August 21, 2026 - Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is opening up about the difficult reality of recovering from a hysterectomy after undergoing surgery following her stage 1 cervical cancer diagnosis.
The Jersey Shore star, 38, recently admitted that she did not realize how difficult the recovery would be, describing the experience as “awful” while speaking about it on her podcast.
Polizzi has been candid about the pain, bloating and disrupted sleep she has experienced since the operation.
She has also shared that walking remains challenging and that the recovery is expected to take around six weeks. Despite the physical strain, she continues to update fans and has compared some of the sensations to pregnancy, saying it can feel as though her organs are moving around.
