Wednesday, September 16, 2026 - Meghan Markle has confirmed that her beloved black Labrador Pula has joined her and Prince Harry in the UK following the family's move from California.
Pula was spotted prominently in new footage shared by Meghan, appearing alongside Prince Harry, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet as they enjoy their new life in the English countryside. The family arrived in Britain on August 26 and have been settling into their new routine with their children and pets.
The appearance of Pula has delighted royal fans, who noticed the dog enjoying outdoor family activities including walks and fishing trips. Pula has been a much-loved member of the Sussex family since Meghan and Harry adopted the black Labrador in 2018.
The family's other dog, beagle Mamma Mia, has also reportedly made the journey to the UK, while their chickens have remained at their California home.
Meghan's latest glimpse into family life comes as the Sussexes adjust to their return to Britain, with their main focus currently on settling Archie and Lilibet into school and establishing a private family routine.
The couple remain non-working royals despite their return to the UK, with the palace recently confirming that their status has not changed. For Meghan and Harry, the presence of Pula and their other pets adds another familiar part of their California life as they begin this new chapter in Britain.
